I urge you to VOTE NO on Senate Bill 31. Georgia Power should do what is right and ask the Public Service Commission for a rate hike on consumers like me.

In this economy, it is simply not right that Georgia Power is going around the Public Service Commission and asking the State Legislature to raise my electric bills to fund a project years off in completion.
